Clogged nozzles are one of the most annoying 3D printing problems, so I tried NoClogger's tool to see if it actually beats manually disassembling the hotend.
How it works
The process is heat, insert, push, and resume printing — no disassembly required. It's compatible with both Bowden and Direct Drive printers, and it also works to clear blocked Bowden (PTFE) tubes, a separate common failure point.
Why it matters
NoClogger claims it can extend nozzle life up to 20x by properly clearing carbon buildup rather than just pushing filament through and hoping for the best.
Is it worth it?
This tool currently holds 359 reviews. The Double Pack bundle includes a free PTFE Tube Remover, and the Triple Pack (aimed at 3D printing farms) includes free 3D Printing Glue & Remover — both meaningfully reduce the per-unit cost versus buying a single pack.
